Looking for Cloud 9
When a new season arrives, we all shift gears and try to find a new balance amongst all the changes...the weather, the different styles, the amazing newly invented pantone colors, and above all else how we will be able to identify with the season and its new meaning.
We can already feel the weather changes. It is warmer, sunnier, and brighter. Our pantone colors are beautiful and light hearted...poppy red, african violet, tender shoots ,lemon zest, nectarine, grayed jade, dusk blue, Monaco blue, and emerald. They each have a name a number and are lighter, brighter, and happier than all the neutrals of winter. How will we adjust our very own wardrobes to take on the hues of spring and the feelings in a new beginning to a new year. It always seems a bit complicated, even to the point where you may wish to pass altogether. But, with time and exposure, we start to warm up to the new trends and begin to add bits and pieces to our existing wardrobe. Often times we can use many of our existing pieces and just add the flavor to what we already own. Finding a good balance in our presentation is always the best path. We feel more comfortable if we stay true to ourselves and dash things in and out as needed. It is really fun and a great time to “make over” our old ideas.
Sometimes it takes a fashion show to find Cloud 9! Walking among the clouds is sure to turn up #9 sooner or later. It is much easier to find when someone leads the way and points a finger or two.
Join me for a delightful new fashion show of Papike People clothes aimed to make sure your spring is not a 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,or 8, but a 9!
